Canadian Board Co Expands Its Inflatable Dock Lineup for Different Canadian Waterfronts
Kelowna, Canada - August 22, 2026 / Canadian Board Company /
Canadian Board Co is highlighting the range within its inflatable dock collection as Canadian families and boaters look for floating platforms that better match how they actually use the waterfront.
Rather than a single dock size for every situation, the current lineup includes several distinct platform styles. The compact AquaNet is built around water-level lounging. The 8-foot POPUP Dock provides a solid compact deck. The 14-foot AquaDock adds more group space with a wet-zone design, while the 14-foot YachtDock is the higher-capacity solid platform aimed at boat-side use and heavier loads.
Four Core Platforms, Four Different Jobs
The POPUP AquaNet measures 8 feet by 7 feet by 8 inches and is rated to 700 pounds. Its open-centre design is suited to floating, swimming, cooling off and extending an existing dock without creating a full solid deck.
The 8-foot POPUP Dock measures 8 feet by 7 feet by 8 inches and is rated to approximately 1,500 pounds on the current product page. It uses a solid traction surface and is positioned for smaller groups, swimming, lounging, yoga, dock extension and water-sports staging.
The POPUP AquaDock expands the footprint to 14 feet by 7 feet by 8 inches, creating 98 square feet of floating space. Its current package details list a 2,000-pound maximum capacity. The larger platform is aimed at family swimming, group lounging and launching paddleboards or other water gear.
The POPUP YachtDock shares the 14-by-7-foot footprint but is listed at a 3,000-pound maximum capacity. Its solid deck and higher capacity make it the more boat-focused option for water-level access, staging gear and creating extra usable space beside a vessel.
Capacity Is Only One Part of the Decision
A higher rating does not automatically make a platform the better choice. A small cottage swim area may benefit more from a compact dock that is easier to move and store, while a boat owner may value a larger solid deck and higher capacity.
Buyers should also account for the combined weight of people and equipment. Chairs, coolers, pets, paddles, fishing gear and other items all add to the total load. Deck style matters too: some users want a mostly dry standing surface, while others prefer a water-level lounge that keeps them closer to the water.
Portability Changes the Ownership Experience
Inflatable docks can be deflated for transportation and off-season storage, which can be useful for seasonal properties, rental cottages, boaters and families with limited shoreline storage. Owners should still follow the instructions for inflation, anchoring, care and storage for the exact model they purchase.
Canadian Board Co currently lists these core platforms alongside dock-and-chair bundles and related products in its inflatable dock collection. Availability and promotional pricing can change throughout the season.
Customers can compare current dimensions, capacities, package contents and availability in the Canadian Board Co inflatable dock collection before choosing a platform.
